Ryan and Christine had a beautiful ceremony and reception at the famous Gobbler’s Knob in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania and I was lucky enough to get to capture all of the beautiful details, including a visit from Punxsutawney Phil. :)
The day was full of so much love and excitement. Christine and Ryan both got ready at the same hotel and had the fun challenge of not crossing paths until they met for their lovely ceremony in the woods. They were both surrounded by their friends and family and spent the day preparing and laughing.
The ceremony was so beautiful. After a short walk through the woods, there was a clearing with an arch covered in white white flowers. The rain through the night helped to saturate the already beautiful colors of the vibrant green against the earthy brown. It was amazing. And so romantic. Having lived in Punxsutawney for several years, I was surprised to realize what a dynamic venue Gobbler’s Knob was.
After the ceremony, there was lots of dancing, eating, laughing, and more dancing! My favorite part was getting to sneak away with the newlyweds to take some beautiful sunset photos. It was the perfect end to a wonderful day.
Congratulations Ryan and Christine! Getting to document your big day was so much fun!!
