I strive to be the photographer I always wish I had.

… one that made me feel empowered.
… one that could capture the best version of myself.
… one that had me leaving feeling better than when I arrived.
… one that doesn’t make me sit down and choose which photos I want to keep.
… one that would show me how to pose but still manage to capture authentic emotion in my engagement and wedding photos.

You know? Being in front of the camera made me realize that I never want someone to walk away from a session feeling uncomfortable in their own skin and to receive their photos only to realize they don’t recognize the person in them.  You should feel beautiful every step of the way.

About

Meet Sara

The purpose of getting your photo taken isn’t to manufacture an image of the ideal—it’s the reflection of a moment in time you lived! A moment packed with personality, family dynamics, and unfiltered joy. We glow when we’re truly connecting and interacting. I’ll prompt you and gently pose you, to let you melt into that genuine interaction.

Trust me, you’ll be nostalgic for those moments in a year's time. Together, we can preserve all the details that your mind may not remember but your heart so desperately yearns to.

Committed to capturing the honest moments.

Being a photographer and a mom has really taught me how quickly life happens.

That has given me the ability to pivot from getting the shot, to capturing that sweet moment happening on the side and the understanding that things don’t always go according to plan. Life happens. It rains, kids (and adults) get cranky, or we forget the extra snacks, and THAT’S OK. We will adjust, life will go on and, most importantly, that’s not what you’ll remember!

No matter what happens I will deliver you tremendously beautiful images, because I have worked tirelessly to become the photographer I wish I always had and the one you undoubtedly deserve.
