Ben and Stacia-Fe are Engaged | Stone Valley Recreation Area Engagement Session
This was one of my absolute favorite engagement shoots! Ben and Stacia-Fe have the most beautiful quiet chemistry. And their choice of location at Stone Valley Recreation Area was perfect!
How did you and your fiance first meet?
We met at summer camp. She was working there as a camp counselor, and I came to volunteer.
Did you “click” right away?
We actually didn’t interact much that whole week of camp, but once camp ended, we started spending more time together and bonded over our love of the outdoors. That summer and fall, we watched the Perseid meteor shower with friends, viewed a great sunset at Jo Hays Vista, made a campfire and s’mores on Jackson’s Trail, and went on a hiking date to the southern end of Pine Creek Gorge.
How long did you date before you got engaged?
We dated for just over two and half years before we got engaged.
Was the proposal a surprise?
Yes!
What are you most excited about your big day?
We planned for this to be a big celebration of our friends and family, many of whom live far away, so we are very excited to catch up, dance, and have a great time with everyone.
